goetzpartners advised funds advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG ("DBAG") with a Commercial Due Diligence on its investment in Unity AG (“Unity”), a leading consultancy for end-to-end technology and digital transformation placed in the renowned Lünendonk list of Germany's top consultancies.

The project complements our extensive track record in providing strategic and commercial advisory services in business services and especially in the segment of management and business consulting. In this specific case, it also underpins our expertise in assessing the commercial attractiveness of leading service providers in the area of digital transformation and business model digitization.
