goetzpartners' Private Equity Consulting and goetzpartners Debt Advisory jointly advised Naxicap Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Guntermann & Drunck Holding GmbH (“G&D” or "the Company"), a leading technology provider of high-performance KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) solutions used in mission-critical applications. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The Commercial Due Diligence included a detailed analysis of the Company’s business model and technology portfolio with a particular focus on its newly developed KVM-over-IP solutions. In addition, goetzpartners’ Private Equity Consulting assessed the size and the growth prospects of G&D’s addressed core market segments with a bottom-up market modelling approach. Furthermore, the report included a detailed analysis of core industry dynamics and the Company’s competitive positioning. Conclusively, the results were used to assess the management's business plan and to evaluate further value creation opportunities.

goetzpartners’ Debt Advisory team advised Naxicap on the acquisition financing. Within a competitive and fast-paced debt financing process the team helped secure the successful acquisition with optimal financing terms for Naxicap, ensuring that a competitive acquisition price could be provided. Besides managing the financing process, goetzpartners’ Debt Advisory team structured the financing solution, performed the lender education and advised during the credit contract negotiation.
