Endor AG (“Endor”), based in Landshut, is an innovative provider of high-quality hardware in the Sim Racing industry through its product line FANATEC. Its dedicated Sim Racing products include force-feedback steering wheels, pedals, shifters, and complete cockpits for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC-based racing simulators. On 30 July 2024, Endor filed for insolvency after a reorganisation using the StaRUG framework (Gesetz über den Stabilisierungs- und Restrukturierungsrahmen für Unternehmen) failed. Dr. Hubert Ampferl from law firm Dr. Beck & Partner was appointed as insolvency administrator and mandated goetzpartners to run a structured international sales process for Endor.

CORSAIR succeeded with the most attractive offer and acquired the operating activities of Endor via an asset deal and the foreign subsidiaries via share deals. CORSAIR will keep all Endor employees. The headquarters will remain in Landshut from where the company will continue to develop future FANATEC Sim Racing products. The transaction was closed on 19 September 2024.
