AbisDu Pflege GmbH (“AbisDu”), based in Cologne, is a provider of ambulatory nursing services. In June 2024, AbisDu filed for insolvency after the company faced financial difficulties due to unfavorable market conditions during a start-up phase, and the shareholder unexpectedly declined further financing. Michael Wilbert from law firm GÖRG was appointed as insolvency administrator and mandated goetzpartners to run a structured sales process for AbisDu.

Ambiente Mobile Care GmbH (“Ambiente”) succeeded with the most attractive offer. As of October 2024, Ambiente takes over the AbisDu locations in Cologne, Wetter and Lingen, including around 105 of the 135 employees. The transaction is expected to close shortly.
