goetzpartners advises EDITIS on the acquisition of XO

On the 11th of January 2006, Editis Holding, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Wendel Investissement Group, announced the conclusion of an agreement to acquire Editions XO and its subsidiaries, notably Oh ! Editions. goetzpartners Corporate Finance acted as advisor to Editis in this transaction, which will be finalised after consulting the legal authorities concerned.
