Despite recent advances in cancer therapeutics and diagnostic technologies, cancer remains a major economic and human burden. This COMPASS Report discusses how precision medicine in early diagnosis, surgery, radiotherapy, and later stage immunotherapies are driving progress. We present our roadmap of key technologies and companies at the fore of cancer care that are creating investment ideas in ADCs, radiopharmaceuticals, and immune checkpoint inhibitor combinations.
