goetzpartners advised Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP ("Arcus") with a Commercial Due Diligence on its investment in the EINHUNDERT group of companies ("EINHUNDERT"), a leading provider of solar-based tenant electricity solutions.

Arcus and its portfolio company Officium, a leading sub-metering service provider, aim at supporting EINHUNDERT in its next growth stage, including the financing of more than 100MW of PV installations on multi-tenant buildings in order to support property owners and tenants in reducing the building sector's emission footprint and contributing to the global energy transition challenge.

The project marks another milestone in our extensive track record in providing cross-border strategic and commercial advisory services in the renewable energy sector.
