goetzpartners advises CEICOM on its sale to INDRA

On the 13th of March 2006, Ceicom, a privately-owned Argentinean inter-airline revenue accounting software developer, announced the conclusion of an agreement to sell the company to Indra. goetzpartners Corporate Finance acted as advisor to Ceicom in this transaction.
