goetzpartners advised Borromin Capital Fund IV ("Borromin Capital") with a Commercial Due Diligence on the acquisition of EBERLE Controls GmbH ("Eberle"), a leading German provider of innovative heating and air conditioning solutions including thermostat, heating control, and installation products.

Beyond a diligent review of the company's product portfolio, special emphasis was applied on Eberle's well-filled new product development pipeline. It included an assessment of the company's tangible strategy with regards to the emerging "Matter" smart home software standard and effects on the company's future product and solutions portfolio as well as its competitive positioning.
