goetzpartners advised Liberta Partners ("Liberta") with a Commercial Due Diligence on its investment in Negotiation Advisory Group ("NAG"), a leading consultancy for negotiation management based in Mannheim, Germany.

The Commercial Due Diligence approach was tailored to validate the company's and key peoples' expertise and unique market positioning with a consulting approach based on game theory, behavioral economics, psychology, and data science. It allowed to establish confidence in the sustainability of a historically rapid growth trajectory, which established Negotiation Advisory Group as a leading consultancy for negotiation management within only five years after its foundation in 2018.
