goetzpartners' Private Equity consulting team supported Steadfast with a Commercial Due Diligence in the acquisition of a majority stake in Kempf group ("Kempf" or "the Company").

The particular focus of the Commercial Due Diligence covered a detailed analysis of the company’s business model and product portfolio, a comprehensive assessment of the market for truck bodies, semitrailers and trailers and the respective competitive environment. The Due Diligence was completed with an evaluation of optional value creation initiatives, focusing on organic as well as inorganic growth initiatives.
