Jochen Vogel has profound expertise in transformation, restructuring and transaction consulting, with a focus on special situations. Over the past 23 years, he has successfully advised numerous clients from various industries, in particular automotive, steel/metal production and processing, plant engineering, shipping, retail, energy, media and telecommunications, in national and international projects, but also actively supported them as an interim manager. Furthermore, he is a proven expert in complex transformation and restructuring projects including (pre-)insolvency specific issues and services.
Prof. Dr. iur. Jochen Vogel is a trained banker and studied law, economics and politics at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, where he passed the second state examination in law in Dusseldorf. In addition to his work as a management consultant, Jochen Vogel has proven expertise as a business lawyer in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as insolvency law. Since 2007, he has been lecturing at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences as a professor for media economy/media law.
