Markus Rosen is a Director in the Munich office of goetzpartners.
During his career, Markus Rosen has gained expertise in advising trade buyers as well as private equity firms in both, sell-side as well as buy-side transactions, also including public takeovers and defense mandates. During these projects, he has developed a particular focus on companies in the Industrials and E-Commerce/ D2C sectors.
Before joining goetzpartners, he started his professional career in the Investment Banking/ M&A department of German private bank Berenberg and gained further M&A experience in companies such as Mediobanca and KPMG.
Markus Rosen holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Passau, where he also received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics. During his studies, he further gained international experience at Lund University as well as at the University of California Santa Barbara.
